WE WANT YOU TO WORK HERE.
That is why we offer comprehensive medical benefits (including dental and vision), life insurance, paid time off, staff meal and discounts.
It’s why we charge a 5% BOH gratuity on all checks, which is distributed in full to our BOH team as additional pay. This is a decision we thought a lot about, and something we’re proud to defend as a way to work towards pay equity in restaurants.
It’s why we’re spending as much time creating systems that make this an enjoyable place to work as we are on the building and writing the menus.
Please email jobs@talljohns.com if you have questions about open positions or the application process.
